ABOUT US

Jocelyn Rivers

Jocelyn started Tributary Consulting in 2019, after several years of consulting, exploring, thinking, and researching.  As a partner in developing Community Network Integration, an opportunity emerged to assist others in creating their dream job.  The result is an organization that does and thinks different. Professionally, Jocelyn has diverse background in multidisciplinary studies - international development, gender studies, agri-food, and animal, environmental, and human health. Bridging the different fields and applying outside the box thinking, she brings an approach to helping create effect systems around environmental and health solutions.

In addition, she is working on her  PhD in Public Health at the University of Guelph and is a board member with Bracelet of Hope. When not working with others, Jocelyn enjoys being outdoors, spending time in nature with her husband Devon, her son Finley, and their dog Sprocket.

ABOUT US

Meredith Wilson

Upon completing a BSc in Biology at Queen’s University in 2018, Meredith has been passionate about system-wide solutions in sustainability contexts. For 6 months she worked at Tra Vinh University in Vietnam, conducting discussion-based interviews with stakeholders in the local poultry industry to better understand the effects of climate change and antimicrobial resistance in the area. Following that, she worked as an Environmental Sustainability Advisor for a non-profit in Zanzibar, Tanzania, to build the environmental capacity of the local vocational training authority and help implement environmental policy and waste management into their operations.

Through these immersive international experiences, Meredith learned the importance of community engagement and stakeholder collaboration. With Tributary Consulting, Meredith is excited to build the Community Network Integration platform to create high-impact solutions to complex sustainability problems.
